Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality restoration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

A strong desire to join a world-class team and contribute a positive attitude.
Dedication to customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
A clean criminal background check and the ability to pass a drug test.
A valid driver's license with a clean record and the ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
A willingness to continually learn new things and adapt to changing situations.
