Job Summary

No Problem Movers Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our trucking division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, dispatching bus drivers, and ensuring the smooth execution of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Dispatching: Coordinate and schedule transportation services, including bus driver assignments and route management.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Logistics and Operations: Coordinate repairs and rentals, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or transportation-related role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
