Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans to achieve business objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies.
- Manage and maintain the Futurpreneur Canada brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our mission.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and communications metrics to inform future strategies and optimize results.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and communications strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing and communications strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.
