About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Traci Langill Insurance Agency. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Assist clients with their insurance needs, including policy changes, cancellations, and updates.
- Sales and Marketing: Establish personalized relationships with clients to promote and sell insurance products, including home and auto insurance.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our agents to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to provide exceptional service and sales support to our clients.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree or college diploma.
- Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong work ethic.
- Licenses and Certifications: OTL or RIBO license, and ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) certification within 10 weeks of hire.
