At Traci Langill Insurance Agency, we're seeking a skilled Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and updates to their insurance contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies.
- Seize sales opportunities, solicitations, and product offers, working closely with our agents to meet office sales goals.
- Develop leads via telephone and in-person interactions, demonstrating a sense of urgency to produce sales and service clients 100% of the time.
- University degree or college diploma
- Sales experience (1-3 years) in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to get things done and be resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to clients over the phone and in person
- OTL or RIBO license, with the ability to obtain LLQP (LIFE) within 10 weeks of hire
