Culinary Service Associate

The role of a Food Counter Attendant at Royal Paan involves providing exceptional service in a fast-paced dining environment. This position is essential for ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas while setting tables appropriately.
- Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Efficiently operate dishwashers to ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
- Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas as needed.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities utilized.
- Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items for service.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet setups, ensuring satisfaction.
- Accurately take and process customer orders.
- Utilize manual and electrical appliances for food preparation tasks such as cleaning, peeling, slicing, and trimming.
- Sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
- Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas including refrigerators and freezers.
- Strong client focus and dedication to customer service.
- Reliability and consistency in performance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach and initiative in tasks.
- Dependability in fulfilling job responsibilities.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
