- Financial Oversight: Develop budgets and prepare cost estimates for food services.
- Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports regarding food service operations.
- Order Management: Compile food order summaries for the kitchen staff.
- Quality Control: Supervise the assembly of food trays and the delivery of meals.
- Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
