Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and reliable information to customers regarding their accounts and delivery schedules.
- Review and update customer account information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed.
- Document all customer interactions to ensure quality service and compliance with company standards.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
- One year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a telephone contact environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel, is required.
- Previous experience with billing or ticketing systems is an asset.
