Director of Human Capital and Operational Excellence

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the Director of Human Capital and Operational Excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Organizational Development: Analyze and improve organizational design, structure, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll, and compliance.
- Business Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop solutions to support their goals.
- Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR operations.
