About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director, Sales to join our team at Deer Run Golf Course. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to address sales performance gaps
  • Financial Management
    • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
    • Monitor and report on sales performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
