Pharmacy Operations Support

As a vital member of our team at Brantwood Pharmacy Pharmasave, the Pharmacy Supply Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services. This position requires a dedicated individual who is detail-oriented and capable of managing various tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Client Information Management: Accurately enter and maintain client data in our systems.
- Support Pharmacists: Assist pharmacists in their daily activities to enhance workflow.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of medication and pharmaceutical product inventories, ensuring availability.
- Prescription Record Maintenance: Ensure that all prescription records are accurately maintained.
- Product Preparation: Compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products as required.
- Scheduling Assistance: Help with scheduling tasks and managing workflow effectively.
- Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and maintain necessary equipment and supplies for pharmacy operations.
- Insurance Billing: Process billing for third-party insurers efficiently.
- Supply Ordering: Order necessary supplies and equipment to maintain pharmacy operations.
- Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain the inventory for easy access and management.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for clients as needed.
This role involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
