We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounting Professional to join our team at 14104552 CANADA INC. as a Bookkeeper.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as manage benefits and other employee-related expenses.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST/HST and other relevant taxes.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software is an asset.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Free Parking: Convenient parking available on site.
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 32 to 40 hours per week.
- English Language: Work language is English.
