Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Oversight: Authorize payments and manage cash flow effectively.

  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and returns.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and personnel matters.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges promptly.
  • Scheduling: Establish and oversee work schedules for the sales team.
Supervisory Role

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team of 1 to 2 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
