We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at PHtD Immigration Services Inc. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to employees and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our employees and clients, responding to their technical queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Equipment Setup and Maintenance: Set up and maintain computer equipment, including installing operating systems and software, and ensuring that all equipment is properly configured and functioning.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems, identifying and implementing solutions to improve our IT systems and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our IT team to identify and implement process improvements, and to ensure that our IT systems are aligned with our business objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate: Ability to accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative to improve our IT systems and processes.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
