Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for inventory management and cost control.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service.
  • Manage staff and assign duties, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.
