We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at MSM Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and customer service.
- Manage staff and assign duties, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
