Job Summary
The HVAC Service Technician at Black & McDonald will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of various HVAC equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Monitoring and troubleshooting HVAC control systems to ensure optimal performance
- Installing new services as needed to meet customer demands
- Updating documentation related to HVAC services to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Responding to customer complaints regarding environment comfort
- Performing preventive and demand maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency

Requirements
- Must be a registered Apprentice Year 3 or above
- Must have a valid G2 gas license
