About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our customers' heating and cooling systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
  • Install and service water heaters and HVAC systems
  • Ensure safe operation of equipment and provide customer education on proper care and maintenance
  • Work collaboratively with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Gas Technician II license
  • Certificate of qualification as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario - 313d)
  • Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card
  • Class G Driver's License
  • 3-5 years of field experience in service of water heaters and HVAC equipment
  • Ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required
  • Physical ability to perform job requirements, including occasional lifting of 15 kg and working in various environments
