About the Role
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our customers' heating and cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment
- Install and service water heaters and HVAC systems
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and provide customer education on proper care and maintenance
- Work collaboratively with customers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Gas Technician II license
- Certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d)
- Valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card
- Class G Driver's License
- 3-5 years of field experience in service of water heaters and HVAC equipment
- Ability to work rotating shifts and standby duties as required
- Physical ability to perform all work required of this position
