Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at TripleClean Exhaust Maintenance Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we are operating within our means.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations to ensure that our facilities remain in good condition.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Operate Cleaning Machines: Operate cleaning machines such as steam cleaners, pressure cleaners, and hydroblasters to ensure that all surfaces are cleaned to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, wet/damp, dusty, outdoors, cold/refrigerated, hot.
