Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at TripleClean Exhaust Maintenance Inc. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Staff: Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Operate Cleaning Machines: Operate and maintain cleaning machines, including steam cleaners, pressure cleaners, and hydroblasters.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, wet/damp, dusty, outdoors, cold/refrigerated, hot.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards.

  • Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative: Take initiative to identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities.
  • Judgement: Use sound judgement to make decisions regarding cleaning tasks and staff management.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in completing cleaning tasks and managing staff.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
