Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Dana Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
* Manage kitchen staff, including training, development, and performance evaluations
* Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to meet the needs of our guests
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with the Food Service Director to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hospitality or food service environment
* Proven track record of success in menu development, kitchen management, and staff leadership
* Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
