We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at A & S Express Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management: Establish and maintain efficient office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Communication and Customer Service: Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to clients and colleagues.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, accurate, reliability.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
