About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Products Field Service Technician to join our team at Ace Security Services Inc. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic products in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify and repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Quality Control: Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functioning and meet quality standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and prepare cost estimates as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: Urban area, with regular travel to customer sites.
