Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field
- Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Investigate customer complaints and conduct tests to resolve issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Electronics/Environmental/Instrumentation/Electrical Technician or Technologist Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of experience in industrial analyzers, process and safety instrumentation

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
