Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers in the field
  • Analyze work orders and plan daily travel schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Investigate customer complaints and conduct tests to resolve issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance on diagnostic equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Electronics/Environmental/Instrumentation/Electrical Technician or Technologist Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in industrial analyzers, process and safety instrumentation
  • Ability to work from home and maintain a small inventory of parts and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to obtain necessary security and safety clearances
