Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Everi. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming devices on the casino floor to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair gaming devices to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with gaming equipment
  • Provide excellent customer support and technical assistance to casino staff
  • Perform preventive maintenance and install equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • Diploma or GED: High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Gaming License: Gaming License in multiple provinces (Everi will assist with obtaining)
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
  • Travel-Ready: Ability to travel as required
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Strength & Agility: Ability to move heavy equipment (up to 50lbs) and work at heights on ladders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a technician role
  • Tech-Savvy: Understanding of MS Office Suite products
  • Troubleshooting Pro: Experience in troubleshooting within any technician field
  • Mechanical & Computer Skills: Mechanical and computer backgrounds a plus
