We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Everi. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming devices on the casino floor to ensure smooth operation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair gaming devices to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with gaming equipment
- Provide excellent customer support and technical assistance to casino staff
- Perform preventive maintenance and install equipment as needed
- Diploma or GED: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Gaming License: Gaming License in multiple provinces (Everi will assist with obtaining)
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Travel-Ready: Ability to travel as required
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Strength & Agility: Ability to move heavy equipment (up to 50lbs) and work at heights on ladders
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in a technician role
- Tech-Savvy: Understanding of MS Office Suite products
- Troubleshooting Pro: Experience in troubleshooting within any technician field
- Mechanical & Computer Skills: Mechanical and computer backgrounds a plus
