Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SKAS TRADING LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of other team members to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and Implement policies and procedures to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage Office Operations by planning, developing, and implementing recruitment strategies, scheduling appointments, and managing contracts.
  • Provide Administrative Support by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and compiling data and statistics.
  • Advise Senior Management on various matters, including employee questions and complaints, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Maintain Accurate Records by setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Communicate Effectively by typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Recruit and Hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, and maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Evaluate Work Environments to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
Personal Suitability:
  • Team Player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
