Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Radiant Care Tabor Manor. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and efficient personal care for residents, including activities of daily living.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, staff, and families.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a respectful and courteous manner.
  • Adapt to changing needs of residents and adjust service delivery as required.
  • Observe and report changes in resident status.
  • Record necessary data on resident health and provision of service.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Practical Nurse in the province of Ontario.
  • A member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
  • Training and education in caring for seniors in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated experience in caring for seniors in long-term care.
  • Demonstrated experience in documentation and care planning.
  • Current CPR Certification.
