About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2390780 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Scan Items: Effectively scan products, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of accuracy in the scanning process.
  • Receive Payment: Handle customer payments, process returns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Greet Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to customers, answer questions, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
