About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Rockyview Liquor Discounter. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and Merchandise: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide product knowledge, and support special promotions and events.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Experience: Will train and permanent employment opportunity.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
