About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at 2390780 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment: Maintain a high level of productivity, multitask, and work well under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
