Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team at Stromcore Energy. This is a permanent role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing production operations and ensuring efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Employment Details
  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Work Schedule: 40 to 48 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Field of Study: Electrical/electronics equipment installation and repair, general
  • Field of Study: Electrical/electronics maintenance and repair technology, other
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and present reports to management
  • Propose strategies to enhance productivity
  • Address operational challenges and provide technical guidance
  • Develop and manage work schedules
  • Conduct training sessions for staff
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Advise on personnel matters
  • Procure necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members
  • Maintain and install production equipment
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with Internet applications

Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
