Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Planning: Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Kitchen Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-organized.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure that our customers have a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
