Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics of the organization
  • Track and complete work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
