Job Summary:

The Transportation Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials within our warehouse and between our warehouse and customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process customer orders and instructions
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of warehouse activities
  • Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
