Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve operational goals
  • Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and progress
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of logistics activities
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of dispatch management software and database systems
