We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team at Cozy Winter Cuisine & Bar Ltd.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances by providing alternative menu options and ensuring that all food is prepared safely and hygienically.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and serve high-quality food.
- Manage kitchen operations effectively, including inventory management, record-keeping, and equipment maintenance.
- Clean and organize kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
