Job Title: Account Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Supervisor to join our team at Publicis Health Toronto (PHT). As an Account Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and supporting day-to-day account operations, creative asset management, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Lead secondary elements of campaign deliverables independently.
  • Develop and maintain brand/product knowledge.
  • Champion agency understanding of competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Creative Team to ensure adherence to strategy and client/brand standards.
  • Lead weekly status meetings and develop tactical briefs and post reports.
  • Guide and oversee assigned project budgets.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of agency account management experience.
  • In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and industry regulations.
  • Proven experience with DTC and HCP across multiple therapeutic areas.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication skills and team mentality.
