Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at R & T TAX MANAGEMENT INC.

Job Summary:

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of accounting professionals, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 accounting professionals
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in accounting and financial services
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
