About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Genesis Construction Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Construction Support: Provide support to construction teams by erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other structures, as well as assisting with the mixing, pouring, and spreading of materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in the demolition of buildings and removal of rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Material Handling: Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies, and assist in the cleaning and piling of salvaged materials.
  • Site Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including construction sites and warehouses.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and handling heavy loads.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
