Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Site Construction & Renovations. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the smooth execution of projects, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials
  • Measure and prepare materials for rigging and hoisting
  • Perform pre-operational inspections on equipment
  • Clean and maintain construction equipment
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other construction structures
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Work Environment:

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and handle heavy loads. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
