Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Training and Orientation: Provide guidance and support to new staff members and students in the Environmental Services department, ensuring they understand our policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control and Consistency: Ensure that all housekeeping services are delivered to the highest standard, adhering to our established protocols and infection control guidelines.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean assigned areas according to our schedules and guidelines, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a clean environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is clean and functioning properly, performing routine checks and maintenance as needed.
  • Waste Management: Collect and dispose of waste, washing and restocking waste receptacles as required.
  • Supply Management: Restock supplies in all areas, as assigned and required, to maintain a well-stocked and efficient housekeeping operation.
  • Inventory and Audits: Assist with inventory procedures and participate in department quality control audits to ensure our standards are met.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our Environmental Services department.
