Job Title: Janitorial Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at TSS Janitorial. As a Janitorial Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Mend clothing and linens, and perform other light maintenance tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically demanding work, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
