Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at The Fry. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
