Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stonehenge Transport Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate daily operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business objectives
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payments
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial operations
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • 5-10 people supervised
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
