- Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
- Authorize payment transactions, including cheque payments.
- Manage inventory orders and merchandise returns.
- Develop and maintain work schedules for staff.
- Engage in direct sales of merchandise.
- Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
- Oversee and organize inventory management processes.
Responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 employees.
Work Environment- Fast-paced setting requiring the ability to work under pressure.
