Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Authorize payment transactions, including cheque payments.
  • Manage inventory orders and merchandise returns.
  • Develop and maintain work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in direct sales of merchandise.
  • Compile and analyze reports on sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Oversee and organize inventory management processes.
Supervisory Duties

Responsible for supervising a small team of 1 to 2 employees.
