Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership & Direction: Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including automated testing frameworks and tools for component and systems-level testing.
  • Automated Testing Development: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks, ensuring thorough testing coverage across all levels of software.
  • Process Improvement & Quality Assurance: Implement and refine testing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of test execution, monitoring and reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, and proven experience in setting up and managing automated testing frameworks in a complex software environment.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes, proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, and experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
