Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including automated testing frameworks and tools for component and systems-level testing.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Implement and refine testing processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of test execution.
  • Collaborate with software development and product teams to ensure seamless integration of testing efforts within the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing automated testing frameworks in a complex software environment, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++, and experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams.
