About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Responsive Logistics. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing administrative support, managing daily tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Task Management: Manage daily tasks, prioritize projects, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-stocked office environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
