Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail sales team at Virgin Plus. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences to our members. You will be an excellent listener and communicator, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets while always being learning and adapting to change.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to our members, understanding their needs and preferences
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, making recommendations to members based on their interests
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles
